These terms apply to all services in room acoustics and building acoustics offered through the platform. This includes sound simulations, reverberation time calculations, and the preparation of acoustic reports for conference centers, auditoriums, and commercial buildings. Deviating agreements require written form.
You are responsible for the completeness and accuracy of the submitted room data, floor plans, and material specifications. Incorrect entries can distort the simulation results. Please note that recalculations due to incomplete data sets will be invoiced separately.
Our simulation models calculate sound propagation, reverberation times, and acoustic efficiency based on European building standards. The results serve as a planning basis and do not replace on-site building physics measurements. Specific renovation recommendations are documented in a separate report.
We are liable for damages arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability is limited to the contract-typical, foreseeable damage. We assume no liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss, unless caused by intent or gross negligence.
The generated simulation reports and diagrams may be used within the scope of your projects and shared with third parties. Commercial reuse of our calculation models or software is not permitted without explicit consent. Copyright remains with us.
We reserve the right to change these terms with reasonable notice if necessary. You will be informed of significant changes by email. In the event of a violation of these rules, we may block access to the platform with immediate effect. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
